Our staff are role models to young people. They are trained to the highest standards in their specific fields and every member has experience of working with children of all ages. Every team member holds relevant NGB coaching/instructing qualifications. The majority are graduates in sport and physical activity related disciplines and all have performed to a high standard in their field.

Ongoing Continued Professional Development (CPD) is of utmost importance to Aspire. Through a concentrated mentoring programme, our coaches identify their own learning needs so they can become more effective. Our investment in training also means our coaches are given regular opportunities to update their qualifications to ensure quality planning, delivery and assessment. Staff are qualified to work with Early Years, Foundation Stage, KS1, KS2 and KS3 children and always strive to adapt sessions for each school’s requirements. Aspire prides itself on the professionalism and enthusiasm of its staff, but it is the wealth of subject-specific knowledge and expertise they bring to the company that makes Aspire’s service unique.

Every child’s safety is paramount. Each member of staff holds an enhanced CRB disclosure. Aspire have their own Code of Conduct, Child Protection and Behaviour Policies. Staff follow these at all times.

All staff are continually assessed and evaluated by our Education Co-Ordinator, a retired Head Teacher. In-house training guarantees the highest standards. Clear communication is guaranteed by our Operations Co-Ordinator, who keeps PE Co-ordinators and Head Teachers informed to ensure that our services and business relationship continues to develop.

Aspire have recently achieved recognition from the NSPCC as the first company of its kind that are committed to protecting children and young people.
