Our procedure includes a stringent screening process of all applications against person specification for each post.
Prospective candidates are invited to attend a formal interview in which they must deliver an observed sports or physical activity session, answer scenario-related questions and attend a panel interview.
If the applicant is suitable for the post we acquire references and apply for an enhanced CRB disclosure.
