PE and School Sport Premium afPE website reporting template

The Association for Physical Education and the Youth Sport Trust have been commissioned by the The Department for Education to update their simple website reporting template.

PE and School Sport Premium afPE website reporting template

Head teachers, Governors and Subject Leaders will be able to use this newly revised, simple reporting mechanism from afPE and Youth Sport Trust to ensure they are compliant with the reporting of their Primary PE & Sport Premium funding.

As outlined by afPE, maintained schools, including those that convert to academies, MUST publish, on their website, information about their use of the Primary PE and Sport Premium.

Schools should publish the amount of Primary PE and Sport Premium received; a full breakdown of how it has been spent (or will be spent); what impact the school has seen on pupils’ PE and sport participation and attainment and how the improvements will be sustainable in the future. Schools should also consider how their use of the Primary PE and Sport Premium is giving pupils the opportunity to develop a healthy, active lifestyle.
